- Linen for dining tables ($3.75 each)
- Service Personnel at $10/hr. each
- Gratuities (if service personnel is required)
- Cost or Charges for Halls to the Caterer
- BBQ for thirty (30) to four thousand (4000)

Agreement
- Deposit: 20 percent of estimated value on booking
